Julie Vu is a Triangle native with more than 20 years in real estate. As Assistant Sales Office Manager at Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston’s Cary office, she focuses on recruiting and supporting agents, and she still lists and sells homes herself. Julie loves helping agents grow in confidence and build thriving businesses.

A licensed NC broker, Julie has guided buyers, sellers, and investors through residential transactions across the Triangle, and she treats her clients like family. Along the way, she saw how much preparation and presentation affect the way a home sells, and she often did that work herself to help her listings succeed. Clients began asking for her ideas and vision for decorating and remodeling, so she started with referrals, then realized she could do the work herself and subcontract the labor. That grew into her own company for staging, remodeling, and decorating, all while she stayed active in real estate.

Julie also served as Senior Visual Impact Manager, leading visual merchandising teams and helping open new retail locations, which sharpened her ability to lead and organize under pressure. Today, in the role where she can make the biggest difference, she’s doing what she loves: helping agents grow in confidence and build businesses of their own.

Julie is fluent in English and Vietnamese and speaks conversational Spanish.
