July 4 Events in the Triangle

Our REALTORS® look forward to the annual 4th of July celebrations held in our local communities every year. No matter whether you're looking for family fun, fireworks, athletics, or a more adult social experience, everything is within a few miles. The only problem is choosing just a handful of things to do!

Celebrate America in style this July with these spectacular events in the Triangle:

  1. 2019 4th of July 5k and 10k – 1251 Goode Street, Raleigh, NC 27603
    The famous 2019 4th of July 5k and 10k will bring you into the heart of Raleigh, where you can find some of the best Raleigh homes for sale. The Kids' Fun Run will start at 7:45 a.m., with the adult Four Miler at 8. There'll be plenty of swag for everyone as well as small cash prizes for the overall winners. Trophy Brewing Co. will be on hand for post-race refreshments.

  2. Festival for the Eno – Durham, 4404 Guess Road, Durham, NC 27712
    The annual Festival for the Eno is a reminder of the importance of the natural environment around Durham homes for sale. Centered on West Point on the Eno at Durham City Park, it brings you over 70 bands on five stages. Local artisans will be on hand with crafts, and there will even be a juried makers fair. It aims to raise awareness and funds for the Eno River Association.

  3. Town of Cary 4th of July Celebration – 801 High House Road, Cary, NC 27513
    The Town of Cary 4th of July Celebration is an iconic local event that lights up the sky over Cary homes for sale. It's all happening at Bond Park, where you'll be able to enjoy the Parade in the Park at 10:30. Between 3 p.m. and 10, the North Carolina Symphony will hit the Koka Booth Amphitheatre. A 50-foot Ferris wheel will be featured along with rides, games, and food.

  4. Carolina Mudcats vs. Frederick Keys – 1501 Highway 39, Zebulon, NC 27597
    Looking for fun and excitement not far from Zebulon homes for sale? Catch Minor League Baseball action with the Mudcats vs. Keys game in Zebulon. Held at the Five County Stadium, the home of the Zebulon Mudcats, a three-game home series will run between July 4th and 6th. Show up to root for the home team! Admission runs from $8 to $15. Full concessions will be available.

  5. 27th Annual Firecracker Bike Ride – 140 Thomas Mill Road, Holly Springs, NC 27540
    If you're in the mood to get up and get active this July 4th, the 27th Annual Firecracker Bike Ride will bring you past some of the nicest Holly Springs homes for sale. Now sponsored by the Carolina Brewing Company, the ride begins at 8 a.m. July 4th and travels across your choice of a 30-mile or 60-mile marked route. A family-friendly after-party will follow.
