Apex, NC Events and Festivals

Every month of the year, Apex holds at least one special event to bolster a sense of community. These include the Triangle Russian Festival, Easter Egg Hunts, Peakfest, Peak City Pig Fest, Apex Night Out, Olde Fashioned Fourth of July, and the Apex Christmas parade. For those commuting, Abbington's real estate is situated just minutes from either 64 (in fact, there’s a direct entrance/exit to 64 on the outskirts of the community) or 540. Bella Casa

Bella Casa is a prime example of desirable Apex real estate. Entering the general area is like entering your own little world within Apex. A new construction community, Bella Casa is located down west Apex Barbeque Road, yet still remains within a quick distance to shopping and dining conveniences like Publix and Culvers. It’s only six minutes from Beaver Creek Commons and ten minutes from Jordan Lake, while still being around twenty minutes to Research Triangle Park. Crocketts Ridge

Crocketts Ridge is a quiet little subdivision located off of Apex Barbeque Road, towards the west side of Apex. Homes are typically larger (in the 2000 to 3000 square footage range) and range in price from the $200,000s to over $400,000. Many families move to Crocketts Ridge because, like Bella Casa, the neighborhood is zoned to the new Apex Friendship Middle School and Apex Friendship High School, as of 2022. The elementary school, Scotts Ridge Elementary, is one of the highest ranked elementary schools in Apex. Residents of Crocketts Ridge enjoy a tranquil environment, as well as a community pool that’s open during the summer months.

Haddon Hall

Haddon Hall is a family-friendly neighborhood located with a close distance to Downtown Apex. Residents enjoy beautifully manicured grounds, a community pool, and friendly neighbors. Scotts Mill

The Villages of Apex

A resort-style community, the Villages of Apex is one of the bigger-sized communities in Apex, featuring everything from apartments to single family homes to townhomes. Woodridge
