About Tony Joyce

While not born in North Carolina, I have been a proud resident of the state on and off for over 30 years.  My journey began in Okinawa, Japan. Blessed with parents from two diverse backgrounds (American and South Korean), I began my life in North Carolina at the age of 5.  As a proud resident of Wayne County (Goldsboro and Pikeville to be precise), I spent my formidable years learning a great work ethic from my parents and the people in my community, including the life of a Real Estate Broker.

Like many others before, I attended college but had the wacky idea that I could take a year off and come back to it.  While I did not make it back to higher learning, I did learn a great deal about myself through everyday life.  From living on my own in another state to fall flat on my face and hitting rock bottom, those life lessons made me who I am today.  I am thankful for all those bumps in the road.

Nowadays, I live in the Triangle with an amazing wife (since 2004) and my precious daughter.   I've had the privilege of serving as the PTA President at East Garner Elementary for 2 years (from 2015-2017) and then Treasurer (from 2018-2020), as well as volunteer and serve on the Board with Garner PAAL.  I have been fortunate to have chosen Coldwell Banker HPW as a place to work.  Their ideals and commitment to community is heart-warming and matches a lot of my sentiments.  In fact, one of our charitable programs called Turkeys For The Triangle has allowed me to touch many lives in the area by donating turkeys for the holidays in November and December to put smiles on the faces of those in need of a little help.  I've personally had the opportunity to provide turkeys to families at East Garner Elementary as well as other non-profits such as the Garner Area Ministries (Food Pantry Service) and Community of Hope Ministries over the years.

As of August 2022, I will have 7 years under my belt in the realm of real estate.  My family is the cornerstone of my life and why I work so hard to provide those who entrust me with the best service that I can.  Whether it is a simple question about the market or being your trusted advisor through every step of the home buying/selling process.  They deserve it and so do you.  There are so many options out there, so I appreciate you taking the time to know more about me and I look forward to learning more about you.  Feel free to visit and bookmark my website and then drop me a message via e-mail or give me a call.

I had a wonderful experience buying my first home through Tony and Coldwell Banker Howard Perry & Walston! Tony really listened to me in terms of what I wanted in a dream house and worked hard each day to find exactly what I was looking for! Tony is extremely knowledgeable and his experience shows in all that he did for me. He was always very patient with me and was always available to see homes within time frames that fit my schedule. Tony was very easy to talk to and pleasant to work with and he offered lots of good comments and advice throughout the entire house buying experience! I would definitely go to Tony again in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor! :)
