About Marty Grimson
I have been in real estate sales in the Chapel Hill-Durham areas over 25 years. I especially enjoy working with retirees and first-time buyers. I am a graduate of the Realtors' Institute and Elon University. Before real estate, I was an elementary school teacher in Durham. I have two grown children, two wonderful grandchildren and one fluffy dog. I am a past president of the Chapel Hill Board of Realtors as well as a Realtor of the Year. I am a good listener and remember details when you need them. I really like working at Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston because of the great resources and the skilled support system.
