About Debbie Shelton
I have enjoyed the real estate business since 2000. I started out in partnership with my mother, Sharon Riccobono and we worked together as the "Riccobono Shelton Team" for 20 wonderful years! She has since retired after working for HPW for 37 years and I am continuing the family legacy! It has brought me such joy to help people buy and sell their homes and move on to the next chapter of their lives. I treat my clients like family. I am committed to the highest standard of professional service by providing clear, consistent communication, professional negotiation, prompt follow up and complete service. I take pride in my work and I love what I do! I was born in N.J. and raised in N.C. and I am proud to share with you everything our wonderful state has to offer! My husband and I have two sons and have lived in the Cary and Apex areas and we currently live in Fuquay-Varina. I am very family oriented and would love to help you and your family with all of your real estate needs!
What made you interested in Real Estate? In the year 2000, my mother and I partnered in business together. We worked together as the "Riccobono Shelton Team" for 20 wonderful years! After 37 years with the company, she retired and I am continuing the legacy!
What is your favorite part about this industry? Meeting new people and also reconnecting with clients from the past and helping them all move on to the next chapter of their lives in selling their homes and finding new homes to build more memories! My clients become life long friends!
What areas do you serve? I serve the entire Triangle area and our company has a wonderful referral group who we utilize if you need assistance beyond our area of knowledge!
Do you prefer the beach or the mountains? The wonderful thing about living in this area is that we are just a few hours from the mountains or the beach! Our NC beaches and mountains are some of the most beautiful sights you will ever see with a lot of history and interesting stories to go along with them! I am more of a beach person, but the NC mountains in the fall is a must see!
