What made you interested in Real Estate? I have had some really great experiences in purchasing and selling homes and want to help others navigate those waters with a smile.
What is your favorite part about this industry? Shopping! I love to help people go through homes and learn what they want and don't want. This helps narrow down the 'must haves' and creates their true dream home.
What professional organizations do you belong to? Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors
What areas do you serve? I serve the entire Raleigh-Durham area. I don't mind a drive to help someone achieve that great buying to selling victory!
What was your career before real estate? I have specialized in Client Relations on multiple platforms. I have always had the pleasure of working with people to help them get just what they need, when they need it.
What is your real estate experience? Buying and selling a few homes in my lifetime, along with hand holding a few. I am fairly new to the business, but have a strong team that I can call on with any questions, that have loads of expertise.

What are your specialties? People are my specialty. I work for the people. I know this is a HUGE venture and can come with some stressors. It's my job to help ease that, make it fun and enjoyable. Make it a great experience for you.
What is your greatest strength? Putting myself in another persons' shoes. I am able to see things from their perspective and relate on that level. This enables me to help them to the best of my ability.
What is your greatest weakness? I want to make everything right, good, easy, and fun. I know that's not how life always works, but I want it to. And I'll keep doing my best to make it happen.
What degrees do you have? I hold degrees in both Accounting and Information Technology.

What is your favorite area restaurant? I have multiple actually. I am an old school foodie. I love to eat and cook!
What are your hobbies? Car shows, shooting, boating on the lake, football and live music are all things I thoroughly enjoy!
What is your favorite public park? We are fortune to live in an area that has several beautiful parks. It's truly hard to pick just one!
What is your favorite vacation spot? Right now it is the mountains in Boone NC. I have really enjoyed visiting that area on a few occasions and look to go back.

How many times have you moved? I believe the last time I counted, it was about 34. However, that included childhood moves as well. I have this down to a science!
Do you prefer salty or sweet snacks? Depends on my mood, I like both.
What is your favorite book? Oh, the Places You'll Go by Dr. S. Always a great read and a top gift for graduation. Life has ups and downs, that's a fact. But each down will bring you back up!
What is your favorite movie? Hmmm... again, depends on my mood. There are a lot of good ones!
Are you a dog- or a cat-person? I have to call neither, but if I HAD to choose, cat. I am a dog-mom, however.
What is on your bucket list this year? I want to drive a Race car...a genuine one!
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go? Italy.
How do you eat an Oreo cookie? I don't eat the middle... lol
Why do you love living here? It is beautiful here and there is so much to do! I love that we are so close to the mountains and the beach with lakes all around.
Do you eat Eastern- or Western-style barbecue? I eat southern sticky barbeque...
