About Miriam Estrada

Raised in the 919 area and now raising two children of my own, I am proud to call it home. I've seen so much change in the past 10 years alone inclduding the huge melting pot of so many cultures and coming from a Spanish speaking family myself, I'm excited for what's to come in the near future. Y sí, hablo español. :)

My belief in providing the best client services is to put yourself in your client's shoes or better yet, treat people the way you'd like to be treated-with the utmost respect and loyalty. That alone will go a long way and those clients will always want to come back and work with you not to mention maintain a long lasting relationship. Of course, there are also those days of challenges we weren't ready to face but are we ever really ready to face any challenge? My take on that is, if it doesn't challenge me, I don't want it. Those are a couple of the main ingredients to success in any industry. The reward of of satisfaction, peace of mind for your client which reflects on you and knowing you over came any challenges and taking that experience and learning and growing from it.
