As Broker in Charge and manager, Lynn brings a strong real estate background to the Hillsborough office of HPW. Lynn has been a full time agent and associate broker since 1985. In the western New York area where she worked in a company of 500 agents, Lynn was the #1 selling agent for 5 years in a row,
selling over 100 homes per year 2000-2002. Four time winner of the nationally
known Master Sales Academy 10/100 award, she was also the founder and 10 year
member of an elite mentor group of top agents in the western New York area. As
co-trainer of "Success Corp", an advanced training program for new and
experienced agents from 1998-2002, Lynn’s training background was ideal for her role as asst. manager of the Falls office from 2002-2005, where she was responsible for the training and business plan development for all new
associates. Lynn has a BA degree in speech from Plattsburgh State College.
