If you so request, all vendors should provide to you written confirmation of their licenses and insurance. HPW is not the provider of any of the products and services described herein or provided. All contracts or agreements for products and services will be directly between you and the vendor. All products and services will be provided by the vendor who shall be solely responsible for the quality of the products or services it provides. HPW makes no warranty or representation about the qualifications or responsiveness of any vendor or about the quality of the goods or services provided by any vendor. By using this service the client agrees to these terms of service and that their claims against the vendors, manufacturers or distributors of products or services provided shall be the client’s sole and exclusive remedy for any damage incurred from or defects in the products or services provided.
