Bill Guy is the Vice President and Sales Manager for the Crabtree Office. Bill has a Master of Science degree from Purdue University in counseling and administrative services and after working for seven years at NCSU, entered the real estate profession in 1986. Bill joined Howard Perry and Walston Realty, Inc. in 1993 as manager of the Six Forks office and later the Strickland Road office. Most recently, in September of 2004, Bill became manager of the Crabtree office.

The office provides additional support to new associates by offering a Mentoring program. The Mentors at the Crabtree Office share their practical insights and experiences from the current real estate market with the office’s new associates.

To better assist associates (new and experienced) master the business of real estate, Bill offers Crabtree Office associates training, guidance and coaching in group sessions and in one-on-one meetings,. Bill believes that to be as effective as possible, he, as Broker-in-Charge and Manager, must be readily available and accessible to his associate team, and as a result is in the office a lot.
