Johnelle has been active in the real estate industry since 1982. She is responsible for the day to day operation of our relocation office. Johnelle has extensive experience in the REO (foreclosure) industry and has held relocation/REO positions in Louisiana and Florida. She holds the Certified Relocation Professional designation awarded by the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council and is active in the national Relocation Directors Council. She has been a workshop facilitator at Cartus regional and national conferences. Johnelle holds a North Carolina real estate broker’s license.

Joan was raised in suburban Chicago and educated in Ohio. Joan has been in Real Estate for 10 years and holds her Broker's License and the CRP Designation. As the Outbound Referral Coordinator, Joan interviews outbound clients to assess their needs and refers them to affiliate Brokers around the country. Joan can assist anyone planning a long distance move.

Kris has been with Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston for seven years. She is responsible for incoming BMA’s, negotiating housing repairs, closing all third party listings, and coordinating final accounting. Kris is an experienced member of our relocation team. She is responsible for assisting buyers and sellers who are referred to us through affinity real estate programs. One of her major clients is USAA. Kris also works with Cartus corporate buyers, assisting them as they relocate to our marketplace. Moving long distances is a part of Kris’ experience as she is originally from Wisconsin. Kris holds an active North Carolina real estate license.

Jan is originally from Indiana. She has been licensed in real estate since 1990. In 1998 Jan joined the relocation team as a listing specialist. She assists relocation management firms by processing listing referrals and working with our relocation agents to successfully market transferees’ homes. Jan received her Real Estate license in 1990 and joined Coldwell Banker Howard Perry & Walston in 1992 as a general brokerage agent. In 1998 Jan became a listing associate in the relocation department coordinating between transferees moving out of the Triangle area and the Corporate Client. Jan currently handles all aspects of the REO business from pre-marketing to closing.

Barbara was born in Fayetteville and raised in Tarboro. She has worked in relocation services within the Triangle for the last seven years. She and her career Army husband were stationed in many locations within the U.S. and abroad, including Virginia, Utah, Texas, Kansas, Korea, and Germany. Our relocating families will be in good hands as Barbara understands the relocation industry and the unique needs of those who are making long distance moves. Barbara is a licensed real estate professional.

Tammy is a native of the Triangle area. She graduated from NC A&T with a BA in political science. Tammy previously worked for a major home builder. She is a busy member of our corporate listing team, supporting our managers in the areas of accounting, vendor management, and data input. Tammy enjoys lots of time with her daughter.

Sherry was raised in Washington, D.C., and has spent many of her adult years in metropolitan Boston. She was a real estate Broker in Massachusetts and has extensive experience in other industries, as well. She is anxious to serve our HPW clients by connecting them with service providers who can meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Zaneh was born in Washington D.C. and was raised in Maryland. Although she spent 25 years in the San Francisco Bay Area, she is happy to be back in the south enjoying the four seasons! Zaneh holds degrees in Marketing/Finance, and Economics from Cal Berkeley. She enjoys tea parties, music of all kinds, art, history, gardening, interior design, travel and volunteering with youth. Best of all, she loves spending time with her family.

Formerly a general brokerage agent, Catherine has been in the real estate industry since 1996 and has experience with corporate owned properties, investment properties, new construction, and large land assemblages. Later, she developed an interest in rehab and investment properties which led her to a career in selling REO properties. Catherine is a native of Chapel Hill and a graduate of North Carolina State University. She has lived in most counties surrounding the Triangle area. Catharine’s interest in horses led her to a career in the real estate industry where she developed her interest in horse farms and land.

Gennell has been a licensed broker since 1984 and oversees our REO division. She is experienced in CFK, evictions, and understands the need for well documented BPO’s and photos to make a well informed seller. Our properties are well maintained and monitored to bring the seller the highest value. Gennell is a native North Carolinian and has been in the Triangle since 1982.

Jan brings an international flair to our team. She was raised in Staten Island, New York, but began her real estate career as an agent in Scotland. Jan is a North Carolina real estate Broker. In her role with HPW, Jan manages the REO properties we market for a large banking client and coordinates our Seniors Transitions. Jan has also done on site counseling in Manhattan for transferees who are part of a corporate group move to the Triangle.

D'Lynn is one of our dedicated relocation agents. She is a licensed North Carolina sales associate and is a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She is a native of the Raleigh area. In fact, she was born very close to the site on which our corporate headquarters now stand! D'Lynn was previously associated with another large Triangle real estate firm where she became experienced in assisting buyers and sellers. She enjoys meeting new clients and helping them locate their dream homes.

Allison Kingery has joined HPW as Director, Business Development. Allison is a native of North Carolina, although she has also lived in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and in Atlanta, Georgia, where she was employed in the advertising industry. Most recently Allison was involved in sales of school fundraisers within the Triangle. She has a vast network of professional contacts within the Triangle. Allison will be responsible for generating new business for HPW from the employer base in our marketplace. Allison is a graduate of Peace College and NC State. When her schedule permits, Allison enjoys spending time at the beach.

Kathryn is a native of Massachusetts. She was born and raised in Concord. She graduated from Elon University in 2006 with a major in psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. A highlight of her college career was the opportunity to study abroad. She spent three months immersed in classes and internship in London.  Kathryn handles many of the administrative functions for the office and has an active role with E-Commerce.  She stays very busy but always enjoys new projects.  Kathryn enjoys reading and travel... especially to the beach. She and her husband, who is native of Virginia, have selected to become permanent resident of North Carolina, the state where they met one another
